This is my second time being admitted to this hospital. Had surgery both times and loved everything. My husband and are couldn't be happier with all people we came in contact with. The process of checking in, going to the surgical center, to admitting to OR to recovery is all very smooth. It's clean and everyone is so friendly. We feel very grateful being able to go to this hospital versus the older farther away Lancaster hospital. Great job Palmdale regional!!!
I will make sure to contact DOD Tricare and inform them of how PRMC takes care of Cancer Patients. The wait is now 1 1/2 hrs.
They are horrible inconsiderate and very very slow
People are hurting for 2ta3hours.Shit i was there over 7 hours@i wasn't a patient.
Personal was great doctor was horrible lacks communication skills
If I could give no stars I would , worst help ever , all workers just chit chat don't help they treated patients in waiting room . everything was just a bad experience
