Brought our son in with severe croup and respiratory distress. Sat in waiting room for over 3 hours listening to him struggle to breathe before he was finally brought back for a breathing treatment. The doctor had no bedside manner at all. The only saving grace was the awesome respiratory tech and ER nurse. The wait was rediculous! I waited 8hrs in pain in the waiting room because only 2 doctors were on staff. IN THE "EMERGENCY ROOM"!! if I had 2 give stars 2 anyone it would be the awesome doctor that attended me and his lady assistant nurse. But the lack of structure in this hospital and wait time. . They'll let u die there. So many people in desperate need with tears in their eyes and no one would budge.
Shitty!! I spent 4+ hours waiting for someone to see my 1 year daughter. It was completely ridiculous. The staff was rude on top of everything. They need to find a new system or hire more people cause it was complete bullshit. Everyone waiting in that ER was upset and in disbelief that it took that long to be checked. I had a terrible experience. Will never go back there.

Much faster than AV Hospital. Great helpful staff
We were treated with great care and respect. The staff were courteous and my son was given the treatment he needed. The hospital was clean and the bedside manner of the doctors, nurses, and X-Ray technicians was absolutely wonderful. My son has autism and the staff were responsive and sensitive to his needs. Thank God for Palmdale Regional Medical Center!
Went in with chest pain did allot of test got to be there from 10 pm till 5 am just to be told to go home and to see my Dr. But I still have chest pain.
Best experiencei have had at a hospital. The staff was fantastic :)
My husband John came in to the out patience surgery of Palmdale Regional Medical Center to have a small procedures done. All the staff from checking in to checking out was great. We meet a few nurses name Geraldine and Jennifer Robert, was fantastic with my husband. Dr Denise Smith was great also... Thank you PRMC
