Dr. Copeland and the amazing staff at Palmdale Regional Medical Center went above and beyond all my expectations. What a comfortable and friendly experience.
They slow as hell but this is where my husband have to have his biopsy so I pray he wil be OK

The Emergency Room is sucks!!!!!! I when there the last Sunday morning whit a terrible stomach flu, basically infection....I had a terrible head pain, abdominal pain, diarrhea, vomiting, fever, body chill's, pain in all my body....I'm waiting since 3:00 am to 8:30 am , and nothing!!!!!!! I just back home with my same problem....it's not fair...!!!!!! I was in real pain, but.....no!!!!! They pay more attention to delinquents with broken head, etc..etc...I heat that hospital!!!!!!!!!
The ER is directly responsible for my daughter's death. She was diagnosed see with bronchitis and it was diabetic keto acidosis which killed her by the next night. Not even an apology from the Dr. And the administrators would not even return my phone call. Extemely negligent. My oncologist moved his office to that medical plaza attached. I went n got my records. I'll never be seen there. Time for a new Oncologist for me.
Upon check in we were placed in a cubicle for 45 minutes,before anyone acknowledged our presence. Procedure was to be done at 1:30. At 1: 15 still no Dr. At 2:20 our nephrologist popped in...saw the surgeon and started asking what the hold up was. Cath Dr said lab was open. Procedure was finally started at 3. No explanation
ER was the worst experience of my life. Expect to wait 7 hours regardless of the severity of your medical condition, before you get a bed and seen by a doctor. Needless to say I will never be back there.
This hospital needs to be investigated. They just want to shove people through to collect insurance money. They misdiagnosed my husband, now we are paying for palmdale regional hospitals mistakes. Please stay away from this hospital if at all possible.
Brand new, clean and comfortable... Early appointments have lots of available parking..
