This place sucks ass!!!
I can't believe a hospital this size cannot afford to have a speech therapist work on the weekends. My 96 year old mother was made to wait from Friday evening until Monday w/o food or water so she could have a swallow test. Sure she had iv fluids and I was given a wet sponge to keep her mouth wet, but the look of torture on my mom's face because I couldn't feed her or give her water will haunt me. Thank you Palmdale Regional Medical Center and Dr. Lameer! PRMC, you made this surgical experience a most pleasurable one (well, outside of the obvious, lol). Your staff were all extremely professional and attentive, but above all, EVERY SINGLE PERSON PROVIDED SERVICE WITH A SMILE! For me, that was HUGE! Dr. Lameer, you know that I trust your skill but beyond that, I appreciate the level of care you and your office has always provide me.
I can't complain I live in Gardena and the hospital I usually go to is UCLA Harbor but I was in Palmdale July 2014 and early March 2015 when I had to go to the emergency room they are actually really really nice I had this nurse he was amazingly kind and nice for the amount of pain I was in he actually got a smile out of me I've been there twice and both times he was extremely kind idk his name he really tall white and normal body type and very handsome!! He made my both visits Pleasant. Had no complaints
A friend of mine went here by ambulance due to chest pain. And they asked her why she took the ambulance and not come in herself. That is not something that should of been asked. I think the doctors are lazy and a piece of crap.
I came to the ER after going to urgent care associated with my primary group twice in two days, whom did nothing to help me but take my co-pay. I was taken for a chest x-ray in a fair amount of time and I was called into a room in a fair amount of time. I realize this may not always be the case depending on how busy it can get. The nurse & doctor came in right away to exam and treat me. I was admitted later that evening to the hospital with pneumonia.
