A very special "THANK YOU" to Alfreda Battle! Our uncle was taken by ambulance last night and when I was finally allowed to see him, he had a smile upon his face. He told me that tge nurse, Alfreda, had made his stay very pleasant. I also, found her to be a genuine-caring-person. THANK YOU!!!
I went in to emergency Tuesday morning at 8am in serious trouble. I was greeted and rushed in where I met my nurse Pam she was very nice and professional she took good care of me her and Dr Otieno I was pleased becaues I was sick and in great capable hands. Staff in the ER is great.
Been here 1 1/2 hours and they finally called a name. No response. Another name called. No response. Finally the 5th name called responded. Did those other 4 patients leave without being treated?? We're considering doing just that. My husband came in with chest pains and they did an EKG, but it showed no problem so they sent us out to wait. He hasn't slept all night due to extreme pain. I think he may have a cracked rib and granted there's not a lot to be done, but how do they know it's not something worse? Someone just told... read more
ER, the worst experience ever!!! I sprained my ankle and got to the ER at 11:30am, got the x-rays really fast and the lady was very nice and professional. But after that, they forgot I existed. About 3pm I asked and they took me inside. Like at 4, a very rude woman told me that they ordered Tylenol.....wow!!! really??? I told her how long I was being waiting and my foot was so swollen and the pain was killing me. I am shocked that you call yourselves medical professionals! What this place has put my 4 year old child is beyond words. This place should be shut down and the dr who sent us home should have his license revoked! A claim will be filed. My son is truly damaged and has now been in the pediatrics unit because of your gross neglect! You should be ashamed
It's only been a couple days...but so far...So good...staff is wonderful...everyone has been so kind helping me settle in and adjust to the many new changes I am experiencing. Facility is fantabulous and I am learning so much from my new coworkers...very, very blessed
