I came in last night at 6:45 and didnt get discharged till about 2:30 am most of that time was spent waiting to be seen this system you have in place with taking blood and making the paitent wait in the waiting room , basically a back and fouth till there is a room available ,is a horrible and not efficient system, when you finally get a bed your left for hours in pain . I can't believe Palmdale Regional Medical Center can pick and choose what they are willing to cover. When you take a insurance company you take all or nothing. You don't tell someone, who by the way has been going there for 3 years, you won't give life needing medication because the hospital won't get paid enough for it. You have messed with the wrong person, I'm coming for you!!
How the hell are you gonna let somwone pissing blood after having a stent placed in their urethra just go home?! You totally dismissed their concern even though they were told to come back if they had this problem. No wonder you have malpractice suits against you!

This is the worst experience I've had at any hospital you would think the nurses would be aware of what their patients are doing I was taken off my monitors to go the restroom and the nurse still hasn't been here to plug me back in ( approximate wait time at this moment is 20 minutes) Anything could happen to be and the only person who would know is my husband who is sitting next to me. I always loved this hospital and its nurses. Its new with lots of technology and very clean. I especially love the radiology dept and its staff. However, as for your ER staff and its overall setup I can't say the same. Maybe you should start by training your doctors to have better bed side manner and treat people with respect. Not only are your doctors racist but they lack in their diagnosis efforts. If it were up to me I would fire them all! I spent over 12 hours from 11Pm, til 11 am at the "emergency room" with a woman who broke her arm . I will commend a emergency room tech named Lou Orr? and a x ray tech named Troy and a nurse who I didn't get her name (sorry). This woman, Lois Tardiff, was in PAIN for over 9 hours and she is 92 and NO one seemed to give a damn except for the three I mentioned and it took 10 hours for that to happen.
