I really dislike this hospital. My sister is currently admitted at this place and was admitted at 3am today it is now 9:30pm and Dr. Petrick refuses to treat her because she is "over weight, multiple health issues, and has a repetitive condition" she needs to have her gallbladder removed and has been in pain for hours with no food, no water, and no IV. He said he will not do the surgery to transfer her to Olive View or discharge her. They said her X-rays are the same as when she went in so they know it's not getting worse...... read more

On 4/19/2016 to 4/20/2016 The way Dr. Reddy and Charge Nurse Joe treated me! And also The Charge Nurse after 7:00 am who wanted to send me home on a BUS, even with my blood pressure at: 185/235. See Dr. Reddy has once send me home with a Broken Elbow which needed screws to hold it together... A broken left hip which had over 65 sts. Dr. Reddy also send me home with a Heart Attack and Pneonma. on Dec 21 and I return which had a Heart attack in room 328 who my Wife saw the whole thing!!! The hospital was very lovely. The only reason I don't give a whole 5 starts is because the wait. I got to the E.R around 9pm and had to wait about 2 hours to get my blood drawn and then had to wait 'til 3am to finally get called into a waiting bed. Turned out I had to get an appendectomy. Once I was moved to a room the nurses were lovely and very informative. Lindsay was the nurse I had and she was so cool and sweet. This place is HORRIBLE! I went there and waited 7.5 hours to find out they couldn't care for me and sent me to ER at AV hospital. 2 hours later at AV and all was good.
Tried to get online to reserve a spot in the er....bullshit. the Web site is crap. Fill our firm out below....it wasn't one. Smh....
This place is the worst place ever I took my son yesterday because he was throwing up so much and I was literally sitting there waiting for an hour and they still didn't call him but yet they called people in that came in before us I asked why were they taking so long I just got off work and was really tired and they told me I was next well turns out they kept calling people and I wasn't next after waiting they called us in and took us to a room and waited another freaken hour my son was crying because he was tired so I ende... read more
It has been over a week since I was here but I have to say that EVERYONE here, that treated me, was just EXCELLENT. I will never go to any other hospital. All my tests were done quickly. My room was very clean and quiet. Since being home I have told others that if you have to go to a hospital then PRMC is where to go. Thank you !!!!
I cannot say enough about the quality of the ER and ICU here at PRMC. The care is beyond amazing!!!! They are taking the best care of my friend. There was a team of probably 10 people working on her in the ER. Her doctors and nurses are nothing short of top notch. Everyone is so supportive and accommodating. I am so impressed!
