Day 2 with my nephew. This new procedure of treatment of patients is horrible.
Terrible place i been waiting almost 7 hr and they haven't help me with my pain they don't care about the patient at all that's include the Doctor's they should improve this bad system that they have
Waited nine hours to see the doctor. Not even a doctor it was a NP. SO EIGHT AND A HALF HOUR WAIT AND 30 MINUTE WAIT INSIDE. NURSE SPENT 10 MINUTES WITH ME AND DISCHARGED ME.
The guy who was drawing blood for my upcoming surgery was a jerk, but the lady that checked me in was cool so it balanced out the experience to just okay
I for one am very grateful for the professional and compasionate care I received from PRMC. The nurses and doctors were very quick at determining my emergency issues and my path to recovery. I can't say enough about the wonderful nurses who work with compassion for this patient. Thank you for giving me back to my family...
Horrible horrible place. You will be sure to wait 12+ hours no matter what your condition is.I have had friends and family talk about this place but had no idea until today. My poor mother had to find this out for herself. It doesn't matter if your finger is cut off or if you have stomach pains (yes this happens both waited 8+hours before they were seen). They treat everyone the same with no sense of urgency and staff is very rude.Oh and if you have a child that is sick,injured or anything else they will call child services ... read more
Love all the people who work there! they make me feel like part of the family I was there in and out in no time.
13 hours with a broken foot. No customer service. And no podiatrist or orthopedic doctor on call. Never will I go to that horrible hospital again. Someone is going to sue them.
So impersonal... poor bedside manners... nonchalant...in all my years I have not ever had this Wait. They are tied with Cape Fear Valley
