Excellent care for my brother .! They taken in within 5 minutes
My husband and I were taken here after a car accident they treated us so friendly and quickly got things done the only thing that was slow was getting a bed for admission to the hospital they were swamped up here so we're in the er for 2 days in beds but they took such great care of us down there. I'm so happy we came here instead of av ( I've had bad experiences there on multiple occasions)
Very shitty they take forever hate this hospital u sit here for hours before being seen
I was in and out quick in the er I had very low blood pressure they tock a EKG they did complete blood panel put it gave me something to eat seen the doctor nuts did all paperwork got results and was out in 5 hours I was happy with visit
Horrible place to be at when you're not feeling at your best they take so long to care for you
I was happy with Palmdale regional center they took good care of my husband during his stay good nurses with good since of humor. very caring, special thanks to Michelle in the emergency room Christina in the recovery room and Sara in the fist floor.
Brought my 98 yr old grandma in and was very impressed on the efficiency of everyone we have dealt with. The 2 Dr.s that have seen her have gone above and beyond and have been very proactive to getting her to feel better. Also the ER nurse and her regular nurse have all been wonderful and attentive . Thank you for great customer service .
I came in for abdominal pain I told NP I thought it was kidney stones. Ive been waiting in the emergency room waiting area for 11hrs. I asked 2 different staff members if I could have pain meds no one was able to help. I asked the admitting personal for a place where I could purchase over the counter medicine she said there wasn't a place available. I stayed in agonizing pain as I passed the stones in the emergency waiting room infront of all the patients. Where if it wasn't for some other patients I would've gone with no me... read more
We waited in the emergency waiting room for 13 hours!! It was horrible! Then I found out that they took a person that was there half the time that we were because he was an employee!! My mom has major medical issues and we have been to many emergency rooms over the years and this was be far the worst one ever!
