RecommendedI took my father to the ER on Wednesday. The service is a lot better. All ER staff were great and the doctor actually saw my father is time. I don't know if they have change management but the service has changed a lot.
The People were all great from Surgeon all and the nurses

I had a total hip replacement I was very happy with everyone who worked there very caring and food came in no time and was very good I give a 5 star staff was great. The ER is the worst. Had two surgeries there and the care was great.
This is the WORST UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever seen. I waited to be seen in emergency 🚨 from 1:50am til 8am, I was so upset 🤬 they waisted money building that dump. The lack of knowledge was at its finest in there.
A lot of the nurses are very rude. They get upset when you ask about the treatment being done. You are pretty much in the dark the whole time. Unless you want to be given attitude by the nurse just don’t ask any questions.
Aside from my experience waiting for 9 1/2 hrs before I got in a bed in the ER, my care from then on was phenomenal. I came across very caring, competent, respectful nurses from the ET all the way to the OR and to my overnight stay. I ended up getting my gallbladder removed and had a bit of a more serious case, so I stayed one night. My doctor was great. Nurses, great and beyond. This was very refreshing.
