It took 16 hours for us to get out of the ER. Over 4 hours of my boyfriend sitting in the lobby with a blood pressure of 221/144 without receiving and form Of medication or attention. I went to the triage nurse to complain. After i complained they finally gave him medication to lower his BP. 10 hours later we got called into a room because again, i complained. This is ridiculous. I went to the ED around 0330 on the 27th of September with sever abdominal pain for the last 9 hours. I didn’t know what was happening (even being a RN) I was vomiting, crunched over, dehydrated, maybe food poisoning. I registered and was told to sit and wait. I felt I was going to pass out and asked my daughter to let the registration girl know. I needed help. She was told I would have to wait for triage. 16 hours to see a doctor is absolutely absurd
RecommendedIntense gratitude and high praise to the wonderful staff of skilled professionals at PRMC. My son Kris was just released today and had the best care in both Emergency and in the Telemetry ward. These people are dedicated and it shows. Thanks to each and every one who so compassionately cared for Kris during his 3-day stay there!
by being burnt down and re built!! this place is horrid! do your self a favor and drive the extra distance to any other hospital!!
