RecommendedEveryone was nice n helpful especially Tyler made sure I had what I needed very uplifting to me. Also my physical therapist said I was a rock star at 74. They got me in n out now to recover. The only negatives s parking not not knowing what door to go in that was frustrating other than that a good experience. Now for recovery n managing pain. Oh n I can’t forget my surgery Dr Cordero very nice n caring n reassuring to me. God bless you to all.

Please please please administration come down to the ER lobby and help them!!!! I have written you a letter about this before. Nothing has changed. Disaster every time we come!!!! People are furious in here. Please!!! Help your patients and staff!! 5 hour wait, people vomiting, very dirty!! Urine samples sitting on the counter for hours. Please please do better!!!!!!!!! 6 hours later in excruciating pain, I still did not get called in to see a doctor. Had to leave because I could not take it anymore. When in there to the ER in the middle of the night,not a lot of people maybe 8 if that service was real slow the ER receptionist kept taking his mask off throughout the whole time I was there I mean don’t they know that we have a corona virus going on his name was Joe by the way, moved real slow like he was 90yrs old looked like 43 any ways I took 7 hours to be seen not going there again between them and antelope valley it’s a draw

I went in through the ER and waited for over 3 hours and I still had not been seen by a Doctor. I have Kaiser insurance and I will never return to Palmdale Regional for anything. I’ll drive to Kaiser in Panorama City instead.

They said nothing was wrong with me I was having chest pains and my left arm hurts, they took blood, did an ekg and xrayed my heart, but sent me home I gave a urine sample that they never tested, it was still on the counter when they released me
I had a total knee replacement. The staff and nurses were great. The food, not so good
