i dont reccomend taking youre loved ones here. lack of clear communication, oversight and compassion from most staff. avoid at all costs if you think you may be admitted and not just sent home with meds.
I was sent by my Dr. to the ER with a possible pulmonary embolism. I arrived at around 2:30 was taken back and had EKG and an X-ray. Was sent to the waiting room. At 9:00 PM I told the the gentleman at the counter I was having chest pains again how much longer till I was seen. He looked at the computer and told me they had 7 high risk and 9 other people waiting I was about 17th in line to be taken back. That they were full in the back and couldn’t do anything right now. I came at 6am. Chest burning, can’t breath, vomiting. Threw up in the waiting area. It’s approaching 2pm and they still haven’t called me. I’ve saw shift change twice, guy rick at the front told me I was next almost two hours ago and I’ve saw more then 10ppl go. My sugars high and I’m still waiting.
