Went to their ER for stroke like symptoms waited 8 hours only for a doctor to tell me I can go home without even laying a finger to assess me. Then they sent a bill for $2,226 after my insurance covered (good insurance) everything they are contracted with. I am not working as a nurse right because I’m sick due to medical issues and cannot afford this ridiculous over inflated bill. This is called scamming people without providing care. Took over 5 hours before a doctor showed up to talk to me. He said he was the night shift doctor. I arrived at 3:05 and it was almost 8:30 before I saw a doctor. Room had trash on the floor and looked dirty. Same room I was in a month ago and still not very clean. Not many patients in ER that night. Because of virus protocol my husband had to wait in car and had to go to the Albertsons across street to use restroom. My husband was treated like a KING
I took my daughter in because of a severely bad sore throat this morning. We were treated so nicely and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. We will never go back to AVH. PRMC was amazing to us! Thank you staff. Even during a period of hysteria, staff was calm and smiling. Very much appreciated!
Had a satisfactory experience with the ER. The nurse who initially attended to me was quite rude and didn't assist nor offer to help me put on the gown (I'm there due to extreme dizziness). Otherwise, the attending physician was attentive and others kept me informed on the test etc.
I had a knee replacement surgery. The team was very supportive and competent. So far so good. I would recommend the hospital for surgery to any of my friends. I did not have such a good experience with the ER department.
Emergency room was fast. The doctor amazing ready take care of my concerns and my fears she is a wonderful person
