Love national. I have an emerald club membership can pick any car off the lot. As well as if I don't see a car in the row, someone always go out and find a car off the lot. Five stars all day they never failed me.
I was there waiting for a rental during a snow storm. Due to the extremely bad weather the manager upgraded my rental with no charge. I can't thank you enough. 4WD was a necessity in a weather like that day. You are the best.
National does a great job...quick in / quick out, good car selection, personable staff. Always a great experience!

National is my go to provider on rentals; business and leisure. Executive Elite is a nice name, but I would like(expect) more premium choices in the lot(row); 2-4 vehicles is not efficient and not much of a jump from general Emerald Club. HOWEVER WE'RE TALKING ABOUT THIS RECENT TRIP.... for this trip I had a 2015 Tahoe. Change oil indicator came on 2 hours into my drive to Texas and developed two flat tires on general highway driving. I ONLY use National. Always the best cars, choices and service. My wife is automatically a driver with National so I don't have to pay additional or both be present when we rent. A real plus. Picking up the rental and dropping off is fast and easy. Being able to choose ANY car is a such a great feature. I recommend National to all my fellow travelers! Thanks.
Great car in great shape. Very fast check out, no waiting time to return car with no need to wait for anyone to give me the receipt. Their "take any car you like" checkout was a little confusing because I was expecting the various car classes to be in different areas but they were all in one place on a snowy day in Detroit. They said I was free to take an SUV or any more expensive car at same price, which I did not expect. The guy said the SUV would drive better in the snow, so that's what I took. Fast Check out and great car selection. Enjoyed my trip. but the prices are little too high compared to other car rental agencies.
I wish I could give the place a great review but I can only give good review on this trip. I am a Emerald Club member and while I may not know all the rules, I prefer not to be treated like an idiot from the front desk group. The drive from the airport to the lot was ok. The car selection was horrible and very hard to understand what I can get (No mid-size cars were even available).
