I love renting from National because it's a hassle free experience. With Emerald club you can pick the vehicle you want to drive. You just get the car and go, and the return process is easy too.

Smooth and easy. My only complaint/suggestion, how come the cars don't have USB ports?? we rented a jeep and lol, kids couldn't charge up their phones.

Do not rent from this location unless you check that the open hours are significantly longer than your arrival time to permit getting a car in the event of airline delays. Filling out your flight information on your reservation will not matter in the slightest. The employees of this National Car Rental location left me stranded when my plane was delayed. Though arriving with a confirmed rental, by the time I got to the counter due to airline delays, it was closed with no arrangements made to cover me. No email sent to me. No... read more

Sioux Falls is a very small airport, and the Car Rentals could not be more convenient. Staff was friendly and fast and the cars were no more than 50 yards outside the door. No shuttle.

I got the last minute rate, and it was reasonable. When I went to the counter in Detroit, I encountered a lady representative who was very unpleasant. She went through the motion of paperwork like I owed her something. She tried to sell me an upgrade which I didn't take. When done, an escort took us to the car. His name is Joe, I believe. He was just the opposite of that lady behind the counter. He was polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. When returned, nothing unusual happened.

Several cars available to rent, found one that I liked. Car was in excellent condition and I had no problems with it. First time I rented at SFO, National should provide information on how to get on 101 and when returning, how to get to Rental Car Center when returning. Staff was very friendly when answering a couple of questions. Will continue to use National.

I haven't had a good experience when renting from this location. Last week I picked up a Altima that was making all sounds of noise when hitting the breaks. The interior was poorly kept, clearly it wasn't washed and cleaned. The prior week I had to wait for 15 minutes to get my receipt when I returned the vehicle. The customer service agents didn't care that business travelers such as me have flights to catch. The selection of cars at this location isn't that great. I wouldn't recommend this to any of the business travelers.
