National rental car is always great but I wish the car would have been cleaned better on the inside. The car that I had was great but the inside smells.

The continued issues with no buses to take you to the rental location is going to get me to change companies if this isn't improved quickly. It's a consistent problem and this time I waited almost 45 minutes for a bus to come

I rent from National here in Orlando almost every time we visit Florida. I've always had great service, a good selection of cars, and never an issue. Returning the car is also a breeze and again, never an issue. There are always skycaps there to help with luggage and they also do a great job and make that going home part a little easier. Overall, I highly recommend National Car Rental.

The folks at the service desk are wonderful. They always have a friendly face even when the lines are long. The cars are in great condition. However, they don't have an emerald aisle or executive aisle at this location so you don't ge tthe automatic upgrade. Best car rental place in Des Moines!

My service was absolutely horrible. The clerk at turn in tried charging me $400 for a reservation my company reserved for $120. when I showed her the reservation she refused to fix it and I went to the office and they didn't help. It took days of me calling to get the account properly charged. They still charge me an additional $22 on my personal card for a service that was included on my company original reservation. National rental car meets or exceeds my expectation in rental cars. Their selection of vehicle(s) beats the other car rental businesses.

Bus transfer was quick. Emerald Executive isle was fully stocked. Car was clean with full tank. I'd have to give National an A for the experience at O'hare.
