They keep the line moving. You ask the staff Q's like " best trunk room ' etc. and you get a qualified answer. No ' Dumb Looks are still Free ' personnel here. The daily rent is cheap on OMA most of the time. Good value and they get you in and out. I showed up at 3:40 AM and there was a person to check me in and give me a receipt. I always use National in OMA except the times they triple the rates

This was my first experience as an Emerald Club member. The service was fast and efficient. The selection of vehicles was outstanding! I would recommend the Emerald Club to anyone,

Just awful customer service for an Emerald Club member who booked a reservation through Chase Rewards points. The guy at the gate would not let me out. Sent me back to the desk - the whole reason I am in the Emerald club is to AVOID the desk. Then the desk sent me back up and said they would call the gate. Never called. Whole thing was a waste of 45 minutes. Time I should have been spending with my family. I tweeted my story and was given 1 free day. Oh, and they had exactly 1 car in the Emerald Club lot. Staff were pleasant and eager to help. Welcomed me to Chattanooga. Easy in and out car rental experience. Clean cars and top notch people, that's why I always, I mean always rent with National!

I like National, but they have to do something about the bus transport to and from the terminal at LAX. Flying frequently in and out of there, you wait as long as 45 minutes when every other rental car company has 4-5 buses come through before a single one from National shows up. Many have provided the same feedback to National Management on site, but no improvement has been made in over 2 years. Thinking of switching for this reason alone.

I am bit unhappy because the tank was 1/2 full and they didnt mark it in the paper, so I had to return with full tank. It was disappointing and I hope they make up for this loss.

First, Philadelphia's airport is awful. That is not National's fault, and, in fact, to help mitigate that, the National bus drops us off right at the cars. No walking. Second, this the big advantage of being part of their Emerald Club. The first car I chose, well, someone had obviously smoked in it. No problem. I just got in the next one, which still had that new smell. I love not standing in line and not having to negotiate with some agent on the car. I pick it! I love it!

Waited nearly 40 minutes for the shuttle. Lost track of how many times I saw the Hertz shuttle! Then went to the counter per the instructions on the email received that day from National (despite it being an Emerald Aisle rental) only to be told that "the computer is telling people to go to the counter for no reason ". Walked out to find no cars available, then back inside where we were told to take a car from the executive aisle. National has a great car selection and I can select from their executive aisle. I always rent from National because they provide my company a good price on rentals. Cars are always clean and new.
