Easiest experience I have ever had with a rental car company
I have never had a bad experience her. The staff are always professional and helpful. The cars seem to all be in good shape. The process is very quick for pick up and drop off.
Painless! Grabbed shuttle, grabbed a car, took off! Same on the way back. Easy.

I love National and that is the reason I only rent with them. Hertz sucks. I was their Gold member and they never took care of me. National is best. Corey at this airport understood my need and was able to help. Very nice person. Person like him makes National what it is.
I have so far never had a bad experience with National. I love the Emerald Aisle with pick up and go. All the staff from pick up to returning or even if I have ever had to go to the office for anything have all been very courteous and helpful. Keep up the good work National.
I am always pleased with National, and this Detroit experience was no exception. Great car, well prepared, no issues with pickup or drop off. I extended my stay by 2 days with no problem, leading to a weekly rate that reduced my overall cost expectation, thankfully. Good work National.
