National is by far the best rental car company out here. Best experience every time I rent a vehicle. They just get better, I can't say anything else about them.

Easy pick up from Emerald Aisle. Shuttle bus delivered right to the aisle. The airport set up requires a little hike to get to the shuttle buses, but is well marked. The number of National buses could be increased by one for quicker pickup at shuttle stop

National is bar none the best rental car company out there! I love the ease and convenience of the Aisle pick up! It's fast and allows you to pick your own car. This time I was surprised and delighted to be greeted by a friendly employee who offered me bottled water on my way to my car! They are great and I hate it when my company books my car through any other company. Especially the ones that want to spend 1/2 hour walking around the car and trying to be my friend! Thanks for 'getting' business travelers National!

National is the best service at the best price. Only one complaint that applies to ALL rental car companies and the government should get involved with. None of their cars come with real washer fluid for cleaning the windshield. Just water. This is incredible dangerous. I've had to stop many times and buy fluid and spend time draining the reservoir. Someone probably has had an accident already and someone surely will. This is sad and a silly way to save a few dollars.

Dear National, there were no cars available and I was given a red Jetta that had warnings about a flat tire that it did not actually have and also about missing maintenance that I had no idea it was true, very annoying. The lady at the counter was ok, the shuttle driver was very attentive and courteous. i been always a National customer but this leads me to try other providers

Excellent as always. Went late so only minivans in emerald aisle. Representative asked for $500 deposit at the gate.

Staff, from the bus driver (late at night) to the lady who helped me find a car, to the checkout lady, to whichever person found my employer badge after I somehow dropped it outside the car - all friendly and helpful! I always choose National when I can for the Emerald service, but these folk were exemplary!!

Traveled on business. A rental car is a rental car, the difference, for me, is the service and in both picking up, dropping off and the shuttle in between the service was outstanding.

Overall a positive experience: although there could have been more staff at the Emerald Isle to accommodate the multiple customers that were there.
