It's was so easy to rent and return a vehicle. Being an Emerald Club member made it even more enjoyable, with the free upgrade. The staff was friendly and very helpful after a long day of flying.
I recently rented a vehicle for almost 2 months for business. I told the agent that I only wanted what was covered through my business account. Once I returned the vehicle and received my final invoice. I noticed that I was charged over 300 dollars for various fees. Make sure you read the fine print and over express your concerns. The car did run smoothly with out any issues.
Extremely helpful attendant, professional and courteous. The facilities and car were clean and well maintained. Overall, a very positive experience.
Convenient location, roomy, easy in - easy out. Always an excellent selection. Car cleaning and customer service at the exiting boot needs a big time improvement.

Typically the selection is great, but Detroit was almost out of many cars. The selection was slim, but we still got a vehicle that was suitable. The service is always great. This, in my opinion, is the best car rental company and a great value!! :)

I don't know why every rental car company doesn't offer a service like the Emerald Aisle. I love picking out my car. I found a loaded Chrysler 300C in the mix. Great car, easy in and out. I will only rent from National from now on!
I have been using National Car Rental for a while and I love the service and I love that I am able to choose my car and I don't have to go inside and I never get charged for rental + miles like other companies. I think it is fair for customer to pay for rental car and pay miles on top of rental. Prices are very fair and cars are always clean and newer with fewer miles..
