Great customer service, but unfortunately this time I was greatly disappointed with the cleanliness of the car. We rented a mini van at 11pm at night. It was dark and we were tired. The next day when we moved the center seat in order to get passengers in the back row, we noticed all sorts of trash and dirt underneath. It appears they missed cleaning the center seat when the previous customers returned it. Had it not been so late when we rented the car I probably would have noticed. Great customer service! Was met as I got off the bus from the airport terminal and was directed to the area that my car was waiting for me. When I returned the car at 6:30 in the morning, I was greeted with the same customer service. Easy in and easy out. Great for the traveling professional.
I always use National because of the,ease of renting and the efficient way of dropping off. And their staff is,always helpful and reachable.

Again National Rental Car did an outstanding job. The staff was friendly and professional, the car I picked out was clean and ready to go. I do have a complaint- At the time of picking up my car the agent informed me that National Rental Car will be putting a $300 hold on my card. This was in addition to the rental charges. This charge was for all Michigan drivers. When I turned the car in, I asked about this charge and was told this is done to encourage local drives to rent cars from other locations than the airport.
