Great experience renting a car in Boston for July 4th week. Good variety to choose from and found an Altima that was what I wanted.

I flew in on a holiday weekend and at first, the pickings were slim with only two vehicles. I was told no other vehicles were available and after 30 minutes of waiting for my brother's flight to come in, the lot was full again. We got exactly what we wanted except the car we ended up with had a musty smell. The checkout and return process is always easy with this airport!
Emerald Aisle is the BEST! We were able to select the appropriate vehicle for our use.
I was very impressed with my rental experience. This was my first time in Boston and first rental with National. All the employees were very helpful and the check out and check in processes were so fast. I am glad my company uses National. A few of the other rental counters looked very chaotic and the lines were VERY long.

I used National Emerald Aisle for the first time in my recent trip to Boston. It was fantastic! At first I wasn't sure how to do it: it all seem too simple when you are used to making long lines at the counter and being "interrogated" with a million questions about your rental. After corroborating with the National employee, he just directed us to where we could pick up our car in the Emerald Aisle. National is the only rental company I use anymore, just book online, go the aisle and pick out the car I want and drive off. The return process is just as easy, park car you and are met by attendant, checks out car, gives receipt and on your way. I haven't been disappointed with National in the 10 years I've used them. I have a couple more trips planned this year and plan to keep with National for my rental car needs.
