Fast, friendly service. Car was clean & the rate was fair. Will definitely use National at Boston, Logan again

8 trips to Boston in last 18 months. On 5 of 8 trips, only minivans were available. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get something smaller. I enjoy National, but not when I go to Boston. If I wanted a minivan, I'd rent/select a minivan.

8 trips to Boston in last 18 months. On 5 of 8 trips, only minivans were available. Waited in line for 20 minutes to get something smaller. I enjoy National, but not when I go to Boston. If I wanted a minivan, I'd rent/select a minivan.

I use the Emerald Isle and have never been disappointed with the selections or the service.
Would not use anyone but National for an airport rental. If you are not a member of the Emerald Club then you are probably standing in line at a rental counter. I have not been to a rental counter in three years, Emerald Aisle is the way to go. In Boston they seem to have all Mini Vans at the time I came through so that was a no go for me this time. I had to wait a few minutes but worth it. I got a toll pass but it was not used where I was going so that was a waste for me. I think if there are no charges that National should... read more
There were no cars in the Emerald Aisle and 15 of us waiting in line for cars to be restocked. Typically have had a great experience. This time it was not so much.

I love the Emerald Aisle. Chose a little red Toyota that drove like a champ until... Backing up in the parking lot at my hotel a few days later, Grrrrrrrnnnnnccchhhhh. The hood prop up bar popped out and fell down to drag on the ground. Not a problem; I crawled underneath, pushed the rod up, popped the hood, and pulled out the rod. I did report the problem when I checked in.
