The counter agent was very nice and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was very smooth,... but,... The added FEES!!!!! OMG, I upgraded, was told it'd be just an extra $100 (which was fine), but the total went from a very comfortable $261 to an outlandish $437! The fees for the fuel service charge were excessive, the fees for "customer facility charge" and "concession recovery" and "vehicle LIC recovery" were also excessive. I'll NOT choose National again because of this.
Easy breezy! Quick pick-up/drop off, correct vehicle and the bill was as expected. Thank you!

what I always appreciate about using National as a member is being able to walk right out to the car and pick what I want. My trip to Boston went as expected on arrival, but not as smooth and quick on return as we had to wait almost 5-10 minutes for the attendant to get to us.
