Love National car rental. It is always so quick and easy. The Emerald Aisle always has nice, practical, well maintained cars available. This is true for the Logan Airport location too. I actually had a low pressure tire just south of the airport. Called the help line, was advised to return the car. Upon returning it, everyone at the Logan Airport location made sure the exchange process was quick and simple.
The shuttle to the rental center took forever! Once there I was able to get out quickly.

Rented from Boston Logan for two weeks. Car and staff were excellent. Check in was quick and easy.
Just had my samsung tablet stolen at the logan location left it in the car by mistake.

I rented a new Impala at Boston Logan, for three weeks. I checked into returning the car to a different airport, to make getting back to my home easier. I called to ask about Drop Fees. First agent told me my Emerald account was marked in a way that denied the possibility; car must return to BOS. I called a few days later; Drop Fee quote was $640 at Hartford.
