During my drop off I laid my headphones on the back seat to pick something up and forgot about them. I called several times about them but all they ever tell me is they “were not found”. Bunch of thieves. Should have stuck with Uber.

I love the Emerald Aisle however there are never any American Cars. I was forced to drive a Japanese Car my last two rentals. Please supply Americans cars for us who drive American.

I appreciated the Volvo XC60 Awesome vehicles. Please get rid of all the Nissan's with CVT transmissions. Horrible driving experience. I really appreciate the better brand and the Volvo was up there!!! Thanks,

RecommendedUsing Emerald club is great, I travel a lot and being able to just walk up and find the car that suits me is so easy after flights. The cars are always clean and new. The only downside I had recently was an Emerald Aisle in Toronto with nothing but Jeeps ... Why do people drive Jeeps, especially in big cities, give me a compact any day, easier to park and get around city streets?
RecommendedJust rented a car from Boston Logan to Providence Airport. A nice low-mileage KIA SOUL 2018. After dropping off the car, Cassie from the local office called me and told me that Kevin found one of my frequently used overseas credit card. I have left much larger items behind at car drop-off stations. Yet, nobody ever called me or offered to look into the problem further.
