RecommendedI rent cars rarely but like to turn to National when I do because they treat me like I am a top customer. I like the Emerald Aisle program and easy/fast checkout and checkin. My recent experience at Boston Logan was a good example - the staff was friendly, the pricing fair and the experience excellent. This is the way to run a car rental program - thank you!
RecommendedDon't have to go to the counter in most airports. Always good cars available. Return is fast with email receipts. Don't gouge for gas if I don't have time to refill like Hertz does.
