Do not recommend in Boston specifically. I booked on their website for 255.00 total. When we picked up the car, the rep gave us a contract for 600.00 or so. I was able to find the email with the 255.00 confirmation and it was adjusted but he added a 50.00 additional driver fee. I had to go back and get him to do it a second time. This all took about 30 mins. I am an emerald club member and normally skate right through the pickup process, but not at Boston Logan.
Better selection of vehicles needed here. The last few times I have used this company the only cars available were full size pick-up trucks. This trip I settled on a slightly smaller 4wd Toyota Tacoma. After 1000 miles, I can tell you it is the most uncomfortable and punishing vehicle I have ever driven. I'm still unraveling. What ever happened to sport sedan options?
RecommendedNice cars, HOWEVER,! Every car I have rented over the years has never had clean windows. It is something so simple. CLEAN THE WINDOWS!!!! This is not isolated, I have rented from Canada to Purto Rico and as far west as Alabama.
RecommendedThe vehicles are fantastic, clean, and new. The service of it's employees are above reproach. I am a an Emerald Club member and the ease of picking up a vehicle after a long flight and dropping off without having to go to the counter is paramount. When I was in the military I always rented from National when I came home on Leave. I will continue to utilize National Car rental. Great job!👍

We arrived at Boston Logan Airport. We have been an Emerald Aisle member for years. There were no cars. We had to wait 20 minutes and we settled for a dirty, much smaller car than we wanted or accustomed . Very disappointing.
