RecommendedI rented at Boston Logan and the whole process was easy. Everything worked out well and I even got to swap my credit cards at the end. Thanks, you just need to have more Ford SUVs available. I had only two options - Escape of EcoSport.Try to have the Edge and the Explorer too.

RecommendedWell I’m 80% a business rental customer. However, I use them when I travel in leisure also. Their customer service is top notch!!! I’m an executive level member but I never see anything better than Lexus. Not this time, I scored a Mercedes crossover. I believe I was legitimate and double checked with the guard at the booth. That was cool and worth repeating.
RecommendedNever had an issue with National. I can choose my car and booking process is easy as well as returning car process. I used them abroad as well with good results.
