RecommendedHave used National/Enterprise for awhile now. The Emerald Isle option is great! No waiting at the counter and the vehicles are normally newer and clean. You get to pick what you would like to drive. Second time renting at the Boston airport. All was good until I tried to return the car. Return lane was so backed up, I had to leave the car on the ramp going up into the rental return. Everything worked out as I got me reciept as normal. Will use them again.

I have always enjoyed renting from National. The bi-pass the counter is amazing. Just recently I had a good/bad experience. I left my wallet in a rental and it was returned however the $200 dollars Canadian was not returned. I am grateful that I don't have to replace my ID and returning to Canada from the US would have been a nightmare. I was dissapointed that the money was missing but it was my fault for not checking the vehicle before I left.
Thanks BOS National for getting us all set up with a van last minuet to drive back to Michigan. With three overly tired little girls at 1am, and more stuff than Ringling Bros Circus your team was a huge help. They brought our car right up, and helped me load all of our stuff. They also were able to help us with a car seat since ours was sent on the flight we missed. Thank you all so much.
Fabulous car, worked perfectly and had no issues. Drove a total of some 1,000 miles over 5 days. Pick up and delivery back were a cinch
Overall good experience only problems were the car was not cleaned it was filthy the car also had constant service now alerts When leaving Boston airport we were told we had prepaid gas on return the clerk had not charged us for gas .We got a really nice car Infinity Q50 We will use them again just need to deliver better next time

I have rented from National numerous times and I love the ease of bypassing the counter and choosing what I like, color, style, etc and not having to settle for what the counter person gives me. Most of the cars are newer, come well equipped and fit the location you are in. Boston tends to be one of the most expensive airports to rent from so if I have to pay...mine as well be happy with what I get!!!
