RecommendedI have always rented from National no matter where I fly to. So the trip to Boston before this last trip I booked with Enterprise through hotwire. Worst decision. I hate having to deal with a desk and hate even more that I do not get to actually choose my car when I get to the row of vehicles. So after that experience I said to my daughter from now on no matter what the fee is we rent from National. I rent from National when I go to Boston Logan airport. I always get fantastic service. If you like service that is reliable, affordable and consistent - go with National in Boston.
I am an Executive member and travel often for business. First, the good: I arrived at Logan Airport on 12/26 and because of the holiday, National was 'sold out'. The young lady who was working out in the garage was diligently working with the customers to accommodate their reservations and car type requests. She was professional in spite on the nasty attitudes of some of the customers. The poor thing was also very cold (10* F without the windchill) and never complained.
