I didn't get to choose the type of car I wanted due to some type of shortage. So I had a car for 26 days that I really didn't like. But it did the job I suppose. Thanks.
Picked the car up at Logan in Boston. Nice clean Nissan Altima with electric driver's seat which I need due to being short. I do not understand why you charge each driver to use the toll responder since you only pay for it once. Seems like price gouging to me. Returning the car was fast, easy and I was charged what I expected to pay.

I've rented from National at Boston's Logan airport for several years and the past 2 times I've been there (non peak), there has been a surprisingly LOW number of vehicles available and even more surprisingly, a VERY LOW ratio of sedans to SUV's. For a major hub airport, I guess I would expect more availability.

I had a car in Boston and it was supposed to have a working GPS. First no one bothered to tell me anything about how this particular vehicle ran. I could not get the temperature to an acceptable level, did not know how to open the gas tank-there was no switch or anything on the keys. The GPS was useless and kept saying the cord was not compatible ? I had to take time in a strange town in the parking lot to read the manual and figure things out!

I rent from National frequently and they are the best. they have a great selection of vehicles and very good customer service. I was in Cincinnati last week and didn't see a car i wanted to driver. the attendant asked me what i liked, Dodge Charger R/T, and he would see if one were available. two minutes later he pulled up with my car. AWESOME!!!
