RecommendedThe vehicle was fine and the service at the airport was quick through Emerald Aisle. The only negative that I hope the rental car companies can work with the airport folks is signage to the gas station on the airport grounds. Signage to the gas station is virtually non-existant. It would be very helpful to rental car clients returning to the airport wanting to fuel-up to be able to see clear signage to the gas station when they are coming out of the tunnel..

RecommendedDespite the computers being down - my exit was quick and easy. When I checked the car back in the automated record didn't exist but the person checking me in apologized and said I would get an email in a couple of days with my receipt - and I did.
I agree in Boston it's so easy, I overnight at the Harborside Hyatt, the next morning I put on my jogging outfit & jog over to the the Rental Car Center, pick up my car (in the Emerald Aisle, so easy), and I'm on my way. Returning the car is super fast. No one does it better. I would add that not all airports are as expeditious as BOS.

RecommendedThe attendant was wonderful! I changed cars when I saw one that I was better suited for and he even helped me move my luggage. He was polite and very gracious. I was tired and though unnecessary, really appreciated the offer for assistance.
RecommendedNot many car choices at Logan..... But did get a nice truck.
I had stopped renting from National due to an incident in the past. I was given a mechanically unsafe vehicle at Las Vegas. At Boston, I was given another vehicle that was mechanically unsafe. Too many miles without proper maintenance.
