As an Emerald club member it is the only way to go. I always use National and even though there wasn't the best selection of cars in Boston it was still the easiest process for renting a car ever. Especially at 4am.

I always rent from National from Boston Logan Airport and have l always been very happy with the cars and the service. This time unfortunately I had a very stressful experience with National. The car I rented , a Mitsubishi SUV, was older, had none of the more modern amenities and the handle above the door on the passenger side was broken. I rented the car for a month and I wanted to return it 2 days early. When I called national they told e I could do that and that my bill was 4 times the cost stated on my contract. I've been renting from National for years. They make the entire process very easy, but best of all the staff I've worked with have always been friendly and helpful. On my most recent trip, I needed a Mini-Van, but there were none left. When I asked for assistance, they found a mini van and brought it to me in less than 10 minutes. Keep up the great work National.

I took the shuttle to the rental car building with a herd of people and was expecting a lengthy wait after seeing lines and travelers everywhere. The National agent had no line and directed me straight to the garage where my Tahoe was pulled up close for us. The process was shockingly easy and fast. Seriously. Drop off was similarly fast and easy. I don't know how you guys have managed to streamline the usually painful process of renting a car, but you have nailed it perfectly. In the last several months I have tried others and there is no comparison. Emerald aisle is the MOST CONVENIENT way to pick up a car. This time there was a special so I got to choose from the executive aisle too!
