As a Emerald Club member, I rented a vehicle in Boston for a week. Once again, National made the experience a pleasure. The vehicle was clean and had Sirius XM, steering assist, lane change warning lights for blind spots and rear mounted backup camera.

Beautiful new SUV offered at mid-size rate; quick and easy service in and out of Boston Logan.
Had a great experience at Boston Logan with Kevin. Took no more than 5 min to be on our way in the rental. My one complaint is that National needs to communicate if they make additional charges on the credit card as to what the charges are for. I paid all tolls as I went so what is it for? Return was easy as well. I did leave a handicap placard in the car and have been unable to locate it so far.

I have used National Car Rental now for over 20 years and have been very satisfied with their service and quality of cars. I have been an Emerald Club member for quite a while and love being able to just pick up my car in the line. National makes picking up and dropping off your car very easy. I would recommend everyone to become an Emerald Club member and experience the simplicity National offers.
