RecommendedThe rental experience was easy and quick. People were extremely polite and helpful Had to replace the car 1/2 way through the rental and it was amazing What could be improved? The original car should have been serviced as it was not driving well and emitted an awed smell The second card should have also been serviced as it was complaining about an oil change. I was charged for refuelling when I returned the vehicle with more gas than when I got it. The attendant should have asked me first. A small thing but something to thin... read more

RecommendedReservations are quick and easy. People are very friendly and competent. Most important I CAN CHOOSE MY OWN CAR. Also on my trip to Boston I left a tablet in the car. Checked my bags, went back to the turn in lot and explained my problem. 1 guy walked me 20 ft to their little hut. I identified my tablet, he picked it up and handed it to me. It was tagged with time ,date, vehicle number. I tried to tip them but "Just part of our service" three of them said at once. :-)
