I had a late arrival at Logan Airport. There were no cars available. I took a Jeep Compass that seemed ok however after leaving the airport I knew why it was the last car left! The front brake were very loud even a low speeds. I tried adjusting the seat and it would stay in place. It even shifted while driving on the highway! Terrible experience this time!

I went to Boston for a vacation with my wife. The car selection was a little lacking for the Executive Aisle, just really large SUV's which I'm not a fan of driving. However, I did get a smaller Audi SUV. Very nice to drive but it wasn't fully gassed up! Only 3/4 of a tank when I picked it up. I didn't notice until after I had left the airport. Otherwise nice experience.

I like being able to select a car from the Emerald aisle. Selected a hybrid and was not disappointed. The car was comfortable and clean. In Boston, I recommend that the EZ pass be mandatory as tolls are everywhere and electronic.
I waited 28 minutes because they didn't have any cars ready. When cars finally started to arrive I was not allowed to pick a car even though I paid for the upgrade. The car I received had a mechanical problem so I had to return it the next day. National gave me 10% off a very high daily rate, in turn I was charged $114 for a compact.
Rented a car in Boston. Everything was perfect and everyone was very friendly!
I have been traveling to Boston for 7 months and have had very pleasant experiences. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because lately the choices have only been mini vans. In the Emerald Aisle and the Executive Aisle. I do wish there were more choices when I arrive. The staff is always very pleasant and helpful.
