RecommendedGreat location close to Newbury Street. The view was lovely and the room was nice and clean. My only gripe was that some of the elevators seemed to not be in use which meant it took a long time to get up and down to our room which was on the 33rd floor. But on the whole, it was a great stay!

We came to Boston for a family getaway for a 4 night long weekend. Being a Starwood preferred member for many years we defaulted to one of their properties, the Westin Copley. We couldn’t get a regular room (2 queens or 2 doubles) because when I called Starwood (and this hotel specifically) they said they wouldn’t give us a roll away for our family of 5 because it would be a fire hazard. So we paid extra for a Junior Suite which included 2 queen beds and a pull out coach. When we got here we did think that it was a nice hote... read more

A great place to stay. Rhonda is a great asset to your hotel. She is a very nice lady and a hard worker. No free WiFi? Great staff and great food. A lot of things to do is within walking distance. Stay here and enjoy.
