I wanted to share the amazing experience we had when visiting the Westin Copley Place. We were emailed a few days before our trip asking if we needed anything for our stay and to reach out. We jokingly requested I be carried to the room and to our surprise we actual got a reply! While insurance liabilities did not allow for our Westin Experience Specialist Matt Hogan to actual carry me (he actually asked his superiors if it was possible!), he did vow to "sweep me off my feet." Not up to their usual standard this visit. Beautiful view from our corner room but not a chair or sofa to be found. Just an open space where it should be and nowhere to sit during our 4-day stay.
