Well I was there on Thursday 19, 2017 with Massachusetts General Hospital celebrating my husband 35yrs and everyone else that has been for 20 to 65yrs .so every thing was nice

Certainly is nice enough hotel in a great location. But it's my first day here on a work trip and I'm less than impressed. Not too often I get called "dude" by the front desk manager. I spend on average 15 nights a month in hotels of various chains across the US. Currently I've been in hotels for the past 45 days straight. I don't use room service and I don't have a parked car so I have no need for incidentals, but I understand having to place a hold for it.
