The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, however, it took me over an hour to check in. The machine was unable to read the chip on my cc and they flat out refused to manually punch in the number or swipe it. They said it was impossible, and forced us to take out cash for a deposit, yet I was able to use the same card at the hotel bar. The last time we stayed at a Westin, our room flooded and we had to be moved in the middle of the night. They also handled that situation poorly. We like the location. The hotel is nice. Not happy we were downgraded after being "guaranteed a late arrival." The hotel refuses to address refund I am due because of the downgrade. Beware, if you book river view, you may not get it.
