My mom and I stayed at the hotel during Christmas week. The whole staff from the front desk to housekeeping was lovely and the hotel is beautiful with a perfect location...BUT, both beds in our room had bed bugs!!! My mom and I returned home with bad bites. I have stayed at both the Marriott Copley and the Sheraton and this has never happened. I doubt we will stay at the Westin again unfortunately.

It's the small things that can make a big difference. I really wanted to rate higher, but there were a few things I couldn't ignore. 1. The room we were given was brand new and beautiful, however, at Check-in we were told we would have a view of the midnight fireworks. I was there with my kids to celebrate NYE. The concierge is rude. The Bell hop station. Rude. Check-in very good. Room ok. Alot of condensation from leaking windows

Decided to come to the city for a few nights with my fiancé to celebrate our engagement. The hotel and the room are really nice, but unfortunately this morning we were woken up nice and early to the sound of construction. Not once when booking or checking in were we warned about there being construction. I wouldn’t be as annoyed if someone had just given us a heads up as a courtesy. I was very excited for this trip and now am just waiting for it to end.
