The nice lady at the concierge desk saved the weekend after a ticket mishap for the duck tour. Kids enjoyed the view from the family studio! Great stay!

Front desk staff needs better training on services of hotel. When you agree to energy conservation it meant no housekeeping service not just reusing linens & towels.

After a tiring journey from Scotland we were put on the 36th floor with a view over the Charles River. The view was stunning, room was lovely and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! Pity the stay was only one night, we will be back!
