Great view, very comfortable everyone was friendly. The biggest problem was the noise , some employees were on strike, being on the 31st floor didn't help. Hard to relax and think from 7am - 7pm. 🤯
I'd like to say our experience was pleasant, but we booked our room the day of our stay and when we arrived, we were greeted but very loud protestors banging on buckets. We were also awoken early the next morning by the same protestors directly underneath our window, on the rare morning we were able to sleep in without our two small children. This should've been mentioned when I booked the room - this stay was NOT INEXPENSIVE.
I think this is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

During the strike our stay was less than fun. The picket line made so much noise was unbearable. No maid service. was my first time in Boston and wont stay there again.
