Update 7/7/2019 After a stressful several days of dealing with the hotel finance department they finally get it correct and refund me. The downside now is waiting 4 to 7 business days to get the refund. Still not impressed by the level of service provided... Yes they fixed all the mistakes on my billing and yes they comp my stay however they could do more for the stress and having sit in my room my last day because of all the over charges they made to my account ...... Beautiful room, great staff, perfect view, complementary Champaign for our anniversary. this was a truly exceptional experience.
Staff was not proactive. There were lines and long waits for elevators. The 3 days and 2 nights we were there. They would randomly go up even if everyone had pressed lobby. Not safe. Escalators were either turned off or jerking as they’d run. The entries were dirty and the doorman was seldom there or paid attention. Products in the rooms - from the Kleenex to the the towels were rough - like a holiday inn. The room was not quiet. Love the corner rooms! Views are stunning and bed was so comfy!
The bartender, Luis, was very friendly and helpful. He let me sample a few beers on tap so I could make a good choice. I chose Allagash White. Pretzel app. and rosemary fries were yummy. Room is spacious with modern bath. View of the Charles and a panorama of many iconic Boston locations from the window (32nd floor).
Great stay here. The hotel has excellent meeting facilities and is well located in Back Bay with lots to see and do. Very helpful staff and super beds and amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
