This hotel needs to learn how to use their computer systems. I was charged two deposits when checking in. When checking out, those deposits were reversed and I paid in full. Two days later, the full balance was charged to my card a second time. One day after that, I was charged another deposit. Figure it out. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and never seen incompetence like this.
Everyone you meet here is friendly and wants to learn your name! Haha. But seriously, cheers to a clean, spacious, renovated room with amazing views; and even more cheers to the friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Stay here and you won’t regret it!
