500 people had to wait in line for 45 minutes for valet parking after this event while two parking clerks tried to fix a broken computer system. When we went and find the manager and asked for help to see if we could simply pay cash he said no and refused to let us just go. When the system was back up they didn’t add help to the check Out but rather said “now all you have to do is wait in line for your turn”. Worst customer service and contingency planning I have ever seen. Shameful

Unless you want to bath in human waste—- bath tub keep backing up (even when showering). No answers from management and it’s been 2 weeks - way to take care of customers!
