Very poor job at cleaning the room. Even after complaining. Bathroom full of long black hair (not mine of course ). The picture is just a sample

The concierge was exceptional! I walked the city for miles with a map that he provided and many wonderful things to see. When I got to my Room wanting a warm shower after walking in the snow and rain there was nothing but cold water coming out of the shower faucet. I pay a lot of money to stay at a Weston expecting excellence and it was the worst night I've spent in a hotel in years
First time staying at the Westin Copley and the experience was superb. Definitely our new HUB when he stay again in Downtown Boston.
Love the proximity to shopping, dining, history! And love that the Logan Express is a block away!
Almost overcharged me a significant amount, over the guaranteed rate memorialized in an email from Westin. If I had not read the checkout invoice I would not have known! Not acceptable.
Very nice location. Walking distance to just about everything. Busy hotel with great views from upper floor rooms.
