Pretty simple business, take paying customers and put them in clean rooms. When you advertise check in is 3 pm and I arrive with a reservation, I don’t want to hear you have no rooms ready in your 804 room hotel! My expectation is that you put me in the best available room you do have if my reserved room isn’t ready at the check in time you advertise. Clean place, beautiful place and love the location
A very fine establishment, spectacular views from many rooms of the great city of Boston! My family and I had a fantastic stay and plan to do so again in the near future.
All the stores are very clean
First time staying at this Westin. Great location. Great rooms and amenities. Great service experience, and would definitely return for pleasure. This stay was for a business conference, but was impressed with my stay all around!
