This is first time live in a room that dirty and not clean toilet. The excrement and other dirty things on the toilet seat. The pictures are in comment. Not happy! Also sad for breakfast in club. Give one star for front desk. They are good.

I haven't checked out - this is my third night here. As a gold member, I was greeted warmly and thanked for my loyalty. I told the front desk I'm not picky, I'll take a twin bed as long as my room is quiet. No HVAC, ice machines or elevator shafts nearby. Got to my room and it was DIRECTLY across from the ice machine and two doors away from the elevator. (Hah!)
